RESOLVED:Remedy server restart required
Service Restored

The Remedy 7 service was back up and and both the web and desktop clients are functioning as expected as of 13:40.

Note: the web client will be uncommonly slow until the forms re-cache on the server, which will happen the first time that someone accesses each from the mid-tier. It should be back to normal speed inside fifteen minutes or so.


At 13:34 today the Help Desk reported problems logging into remedy via either the desktop or web client, and others were reporting desktop client crashing.

RESTORED:  Unplanned Maintenance for Enterprise Workflow - bug deployment
Service Restored

Maintenance has concluded.


The Enterprise Workflow team will be deploying a bug fix to PROD from 3:32 to 3:35p.  No service interruption is expected.
