Installing, Repairing, and Maintaining Services for Electronic Equipment and Systems
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides installation, repair, and maintenance services for various electronic equipment and systems at the university.
Services Available
Installation
ITS can upgrade existing audio-visual (AV) installations or make recommendations for improvements. We can also recommend and install new AV systems. Should the installation/upgrade requirements exceed ITS capabilities, we can assist in choosing or supervising the appropriate off-campus contractors.
Maintenance and Repair
Many of the multimedia technicians are skilled at troubleshooting and repairing a broad spectrum of equipment, including most AV equipment, two-way radios, intercoms, paging and music systems, and several other kinds of general electronic, electromechanical, and low-voltage electrical equipment.
Other Repair Services from ITS
In addition to repair work by Audio-Visual & Multimedia, the ITS Computer Equipment Repair group will work on university departmentally owned equipment. For repairs to personal equipment owned by students, faculty, and staff, contact the Campus Computer Store at 475-6550.
What Does It Cost?
All services are provided for the cost of labor and materials. ITS will provide estimates at your request.
