What Happens to Callers Who Are Not Using a Touch-Tone Phone?

Callers can be transferred to a default extension (known as the "timeout definition") in the event they do not, or cannot, choose a menu option. Contact the auto-attendant administrator, or call 471-9100 to enable this feature.
