HLM for Windows (Timeshare Only)

Overview

HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modeling) is specialized software designed to fit linear and non-linear models to databases with multiple levels. An example of a multiple level database would be a database that contained individual students nested within classrooms which are in turn nested within schools. Hierarchical linear models are also known as multilevel models, random coefficient models, and mixed effects models. 

Cost and Eligibility

Students, faculty, and staff at The University of Texas at Austin may use this product on the Stats Apps Server from the College of Natural Sciences.

A limited functionality student version is available for download from the vendor's Web site.
