How to Submit a Proposal or Bid
To submit a proposal or bid, complete and submit the Prime Contractor Bid List Request Application Form (pdf) or the Professional Services Consideration Request (pdf).
We use a bidding process to select the outside contractors and subcontractors involved in our projects, so during the course of many of our projects there is a bidding phase in which we receive price offers from various contractors and subcontractors.
